The food here was amazing! I was worried of the location cause it's really a hole in the wall. But the food was so good and the service was very kind. I loved it! I had a normal gyro plate with rice, hazelnut baklava which was divine, and my daughter and I shared the meat like falafel things that I cannot remember the name of. Everything was delicious.
Food was great. People were nice. It was our first time there so they gave us amazing rice pudding on the house. Wish I could eat Greek fries EVERYDAY they’re that good!
Excellent fresh meat, salad and pitas. Desserts are some of the best I've had in a long time. Staff is always nice and accommodating. Very clean and nice shop. Indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect place to relax in the evenings with friends and family.
As you can see by the over 500 plus ROCKSTAR reviews, I'll try to keep up with the booming fan base and say something that will make your next take out, delivery, or pick up, meal choice, GYRO 101... How bout this, family based, cooking with pride, value, fast, but not sacrificing quality! A RATING clean, appreciation, respect, FLAVOR to suit any new fan, or picky food connoisseur... No question, no thought, no brainer, easy choice, BEST in Scottsdale ???? period. This little gem is located right next to Sam's Liquor Mart, on McDowell Rd, just west of the 101 hwy. Treat yourself and any loved ones to a place where traditional is not forgotten. Your taste buds and pallet will never be more rewarded and now spoiled for true FOOD ART. James J. La Licata
Unassuming counter with a kitchen in the back. I ordered after a few others and the kitchen revved up immediately to make our orders fresh. The gyro rice plates were heavy in the to-go containers and lasted us two meals (though it was good enough to finish in one!). The gyro meat was uniquely thin and went well with the fresh cucumber tzatziki. The hummus was covered in a flavorful oil with some paprika for extra color and spice. I look for places that serve this style of meal, and am really glad we found this one during our time in Phoenix!
