We went to Olive & Ivy for a work dinner with a large group of about 30 people. The dining experience was excellent! We loved having so many coworkers close together with shareable plates followed by a delicious dinner. The service was excellent. The setting was beautiful. The restrooms were clean. The bar was gorgeous. The outdoor seating beside the river on casual couches and chairs was a great way to warm into the evening. I would recommend this restaurant for anything from a date night to lunch with friends to large team gatherings for work.
Wonderful experience! Looked like the restaurant stayed busy so we made reservations and were promptly greeted and seated! Our server Kyle P. was wonderful! Helped with cocktails and everything else on the menu! Started out with steamed mussels….served with wonderful crusty bread and rich tomato Italian sausage “stew”….so much flavor! Husband had the sea bass and it was incredible both taste and texture! I had spinach and lamb ravioli! Yum! We shared the lemon mousse sponge cake and the caramel cake…..perfect meal! Put this restaurant on your list even if the menu seems a little intimidating….you can’t go wrong!
My husband treated me to a wonderful birthday lunch here today - first time here for both of us. Food was delicious - though it was before 3 pm so the full menu was not available. We had the fried Brussels sprouts, white truffle and prosciutto flatbread, and beet salad. Yum! Food was fresh and flavorful. Server Brad was terrific. We definitely will come back. 5 stars! ????????????????????
The restaurant has a great vibe, spacious, and love the selection of food. I have to say my biggest draw back to this place is customer service. Mind you this review is based on the market order side. I didn’t know we had to ask for table bread. I looked at the menu to see how much it was and couldn’t find it anywhere. After waiting patiently for our food the kids were getting hungry so I went up to the board where they slice the bread and asked what’s it called so I can order some. She replied with its free just get in line and ask them to get it over there at the market. Mind you there was a line and people with questions. I thought to myself if it’s free why can’t she hand it to me, would of only taken her an extra second. Seems like teamwork here. But I did as she said waited back in line and then she said I would need to wait while she finishes up something else. Just seems like the market side could run more efficiently and offer from the gate, especially since we order lunch dishes. Along with the other lady could of helped. Overall good food would give it another chance
