Maple and Ash Sydney, Serenity, Josué, thank you for making our first visit so special and now you know we have to come back. We started with their house drink (complementary)which was a prickly pear cocktail, delicious. On to cocktails, mine was to sweet but I was still impressed. I loved the large round ice cube that had a frozen carnations. I think that the presentation was good but if you were to take out the ice cube, it probably had a ounce and a half of cocktail. $19. Octopus with potatoes with chili oil was good, the mini seafood tower was good but I think all the food there it was way over priced! We had the steak fritz that was cooked perfect so are the french fries. We also ordered a 10 ounce fillet, that was cooked perfect but $68 was too much although we were able to cut it with a butter knife. We love the people, they all be on Swiss fantastic that bartenders put on a good show but be ready to go to the bank on this one. Be prepared, the dining experiences was great the food was good but the people made the night! Olivia, Jeremy, Kelcie (?) are other peeps that I met. I WOULD RECOMMEND

If it's your F@cking birthday, you must do brunch at Maple and Ash. What a delectable dining experience. Let's start with our server "Dillon". Super engaging and classy dude. He took incredible pride in making sure my wife and our friends had the ultimate birthday brunch ever. The Food: Top of the line cuisine and drinks. The older we get the more refined and appreciative our taste becomes. The drinks were superb. The menu items make it extremely difficult to choose. What more can I say. I've reviewed many local restaurants and this by far ranks at the tip top. Wow, oh wow. Thank Dillon and Maple & Ash staff.

One of the most amazing dining experiences I have ever had. Service was impeccable, food was beyond amazing and the ambiance was perfect. Can't say enough about how fantastic our meal was. I definitely suggest getting the "I Don't Give A F*@k" dinner option, you won't be disappointed!

We did Sunday brunch. I am going to be brutally honest. You have to come here with the right mindset. Get into the LA vibe, with an upscale ambiance, great table service, an energetic DJ spinning heart pounding tunes, great choices of about 10 various entrees, endless awesome sides (think ridiculously thick bacon, sliced steak, potatoes, etc) and a welcome coffee/vodka aperitif. They do a nice job making the birthday person In your group feel special. That’s the awesome part. That said…brunch for 6 is $450, the bloody Mary’s are $18, and they add an automatic $20 tip for the back office staff even before you add your obligatory 15-20% for your servers. So,,,,it’s kinda awesome and kinda really expensive. I would do it for a special occasion, but not just because it is a regular Sunday! VictorB

Came here on a whim first time for $2 oysters on happy hour. Highly recommend top notch service and all the free samples- prickly pear lemonade martini, smoked trout onion dip with caviar (trial item), I wasn't sure on the handmade pasta but our server let us try it. Both raw and fire roasted oysters are delicious. Only thing is the cocktail sauce tastes like ketchup. I would definitely come back. Note they have a 3.5% employee benefit charge if you pay with card, which they don't tell you until after you make a reservation.
