Very convenient location. The rooms were very nice and clean. I will say the pillows were terrible. A sack of potatoes would've been a better option. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Complimentary drinks and breakfast were very good. The restaurant on-site is a good option, though it is pricey.
The room was a 1 bedroom suite which was a nice surprise. The A/C was working well. Everything was clean. The bathroom door is a sliding one so I can understand if this might be an issue if I were sharing the room. Mini balcony in bedroom. Ensure it's locked. There are two pools and tennis courts amongst other facilities. The one pool was closing for renovation when I was there but it had not started yet. The free buffet breakfast is great. The restaurant staff were very nice. Everyone made an effort to be happy and pleasant. The middle elevator was broken but the other two were working. There is a note to hold your floor button until the elevator door completely closes. Overall a nice pleasant stay for me. It's a little pricey but it is definitely cheaper than alternatives in the area. Fashion mall is a short walk away. Old Scottsdale is a further walk away. The hotel has a shuttle within 3 miles drop off but no pick up. There is a happy hour with 2 free drinks. I forget the time. I think it's 5-6:30pm.
First time staying at embassy with some friends. We had a great time. The pool were nice the room super clean. The front desk Alexander make us feel welcome.He was super friendly and very Professional great energy. definitely coming back here.
I enjoyed the layout of this hotel. The rooms were great as expected. I was really impressed with the breakfast and the two drinks they give you each night. I will absolutely recommend it. I was on business and did not use the pool.
A well run and beautiful facility right at the beginning of Camelback mountain. All the rooms are sweets and are well maintained. Parking is ample and the staff cannot be more friendly. The concierge is extremely knowledgeable of where to go to experience the best that Scottsdale has to offer. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times of the day and night.
