Through my experience, I believe users can't trust the website to show up-to-date availability and rental prices, and the property team may not have a better pulse on it. I scheduled a tour before committing to a 4-month stay. When I showed up, they said they don't offer furnished rooms. No problem -- maybe I got an out of date web page. Before leaving, I showed them the furnished unit I found so they could update their website. Then they said they actually do have furnished units, and we could tour it (really weird exchange). The spaces we toured were phenomenal, but the whole time my gut was sounding the alarm. Despite that, I went home and decided I wanted to stay here, so I filled out the application. But when it came time to submit, the room was suddenly off the market. No problem -- there were 4 others at good prices. I went to select a different unit, and suddenly all the prices of furnished units increased by 2x. I thought the website might be buggy, so I closed my laptop and came back. I logged into my account to go through the application, and received a notification that I no longer had an account with Sentral. This is after using my now defunct account to provide them with sensitive personal information.
Booked a 2b/2b here for 2 nights. The apartment was great! Very clean, nice bedding, furniture, tv etc. Was super easy to get the keys. Pool, hot tub, gym were all very nice as well. The managers were also super helpful! Highly recommend staying here!
Wonderful & friendly customer service when I checked in on Fri. Nov. 18 by 2 wonderful young professional ladies. Amazing location, walking distance to Fashion Square to lots of shops & restaurants. Our condo was modern & luxurious with great views. Highly recommended & we will definitely return. Thank you.
We stayed at Sentral Old Town in October. I posted a negative review because I thought I had been charged three times. After checking with my bank, I had been charged once, and then charged again the next day, but then the second charge was reversed. So...my mistake. It is a beautiful place in an excellent location, although not a typical hotel.
Fantastic place to live! Top-notch team, service, building and location. A huge thank you and kudos to the team at Sentral Old Town Scottsdale, especially Tayler (General Manager), Stefon (Director of Operations), Autumn (Leasing Specialist), Adrian (Director of Building Operations) and Jazz (Maintenance) for their care, service and overall hospitality. A greeting with a smile is what I get when I walk by the front desk (and treats for my pup). Service requests are filled in an expeditious manner, and they not only listen to ideas/requests, but also take action to implement them. Offerings now include concierge, onsite yoga classes, community social events as well as a plethora of services that are easily booked through the front desk (e.g., house cleaning, dry cleaning, dog sitting, car service, etc.). Sentral took over the ownership and management of the building a few months ago, and while I must admit that I wasn’t sure what to expect with the change, time and again they have gone above and beyond to make my experience here an extremely positive one. Their efforts only add to my love of the building and phenomenal location — it’s like living at a luxury boutique hotel a with beautiful and serene pool, deck and grill area. Other fabulous amenities include: work from home mini-offices, a small conference room, multiple lounges with big-screen TVs and lots of comfy seating, a really nice pool table, a top-notch fitness center, filtered water stations, package lockers, events calendar, etc. It’s just a great place to live and work remote, and I strongly recommend it.
