I am supremely happy w everything about my ATI experience so far - the greeting, the knowledgeable staff, the scheduling, the overall cooperative spirit that exists and best of all, what I’m learning about my body and how to minimize arthritis discomfort.
The quality of medical care was ok but I'm not really here to rate that. The staff weren't very professional. I gave them my info a week in advance and confirmed with them twice that they were in-network. They were not. They back-charged me for out of network co-pay after my second visit and really didn't care that they had made a mistake. Check your details thoroughly because they won't. I work in healthcare and wasn't overly impressed with the work-up I received in those first two visits. There are lots of good places in Scottsdale, just take a look at a few reviews.
Cadia and the rest of the staff are great at their jobs, very organized and kind. The facility itself is clean and new.
Had a chronic issue in my shoulder (a tendon near the rotator cuff) and scheduled an appt at ATI Scottsdale (Indian School Road) site unseen. Was thrilled with this entire experience! Patrick gave a solid "first impression" and was super helpful getting me oriented, registered, scheduled, etc. The location was clean, Covid-friendly, and always open when I arrived (usually by 715am). My primary PT was Jacob Walker, who was simply the best. Super knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and gave the "why", gave me a preview of what to expect on the ensuing appt, etc. I had 12-13 sessions over a 7-week period while I was in Phoenix area, and saw/felt immediate results. I transferred to an ATI near my Chicago home, but already know I will miss the crew at ATI Scottsdale! 5-star review all around! Thanks Patrick, Jacob, Michelle, Brittany, and the entire crew at ATI Scottsdale!
